Hi, my name is Dustin. I dealt with lateral knee pain for about five years. Just recently, about seven months ago, I had an IT band surgery and a meniscus surgery. After that, I started working with TJ for physical therapy. Having been a runner in the past, I did cross-country and track. I dealt with quite a few injuries before and been to physical therapy quite a few times. And I can honestly say that TJ is the best that there is. I've never had somebody so knowledgeable and show such a level of care before. He really tailors things to the individual. He doesn't just give you a list of generic exercises to do, and he really employs the most modern techniques. Having worked with him, he's been able to get me back to doing the things I love. I've been back in the CrossFit gym. I've been outside hiking. It's been awesome. Awesome. Thanks TJ. Enjoy.

I was one of TJ's patients while training for half marathon last year. I developed symptoms of runners knee. I was referred to a physical therapist and had TJ. He was awesome, super supportive from day one. Always felt like I was being heard and he understood my goals as a patient and also as an athlete. Recovering from any injury and being pulled out of the sport you love is super tough. But I got the guidance I needed through each step of the process. TJ explained things and made sure I understood the goal of each exercise in each phase of rehab, and a communication built a trusting relationship and helped me get back to running and being able to accomplish my half marathon.

Injury has definitely impacted me as a person and an athlete. You know, not being able to do the sport that you love and that you identify with is really hard. It's also really hard mentally to not be able to do other things that you enjoy that are active. Then as an athlete, you know, being injured puts a lot of pressure on you, you know, when you're going to come back, you know, to perform at a high level. It's really hard to do if you're injured and sometimes it's impossible to perform at all. With TJ the rehab process was great. I had a sports hernia last summer and then a stress fracture in my fibula this past summer. For the sports hernia TJ really helped me to build a program out, to strengthen my groin, you know everything around the hip and just my whole body in general and a lot of those exercises I still do to this day to keep any like any injuries like sports hernia from popping up and you know I feel really strong and then for the stress reaction you know that was really hard for me to understand what to do on my own but TJ really helped me to build a plan out it was the summer going into my senior soccer season so you know I'm super stressed out I'm rushing things. I just want to be back and TJ really helped me to have a clear goal in mind but also understand what my injury is and try to reach that goal without having any setbacks and I was able to do that. So yeah TJ really helped me out with with multiple injuries and I'm feeling really good.

Hi, my name is Cyndy Bohn. I am 58 years old CrossFit coach and I have been suffering from really bad knee pain so much so that it was affecting my coaching, my training, and a lot of the daily activities I'd like to do outside of the gym. So I went to see an orthopedic who after having a cortisone shot recommended that I do physical therapy to help strengthen everything surrounding the knee. So I went to see Dr. TJ and I knew from that very first appointment evaluation that it was going to be different than any other physical therapy that I had had before. He really treated me like I was a professional professional athlete. The evaluation that he did went over the lack of strength I had in that knee with a lot of data supporting that. And then we started our training sessions, which were really intense at times, which is exactly what I needed. He gave me like a written written instructions in a protocol on what to do outside of our sessions, and would follow up and make sure that I understood that completely. As our sessions progressed, I could really see a change in my strength. And then our last session, when I retested, it was just the amount of strength that I had gained. I think it was like over 75% which I never thought would happen. It was just incredible. And I've actually to this day still do a lot of the exercises in the protocol that he had me doing during our sessions. So, I'm like completely back to doing everything that I wanted to do before we started. And I've also recommended lots of clients, friends, and family members to Dr. TJ. That is how much I respect his practice.
Individual experiences. Every person’s goals, plan and progress are different.

Dr. Tarandeep Jaidka, Founder of Pursuit PT & Performance“I built Pursuit to give people the kind of care I'd want for myself: clear, personalized, and designed for lasting results.”
Pursuit PT & Performance was founded with one mission: to redefine what physical therapy should feel like.
Frustrated with crowded clinics that rush patients through cookie-cutter routines, Pursuit was built on a different standard: 1-on-1 care, every session. Every plan is fully customized, every assessment goes beyond the injury site to find the root cause, and every patient gets the kind of attention they deserve.
Whether you're recovering from surgery, dealing with a nagging injury, or trying to get back to the sport you love, Pursuit is built for you.

Book an appointmentEvery visit is a full 60 minutes: 1-on-1 with your therapist, start to finish. No rushing, no sharing time with other patients.
No referral needed. Massachusetts allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can book directly with us and get started right away.
It depends on your injury and goals, but most patients achieve full recovery in approximately 12 weeks and many will continue ongoing visits for performance. You'll have a clear timeline from your very first visit.
Pursuit is out-of-network and private-pay.
Yes, in most cases. Physical therapy is generally an eligible expense, and you can pay with your HSA/FSA card. We’ll provide an itemized receipt for your records. Check your plan for its specific rules.
Most patients start with 1–2 visits per week. As you progress, frequency typically decreases. We'll give you a clear recommendation at your first visit based on your specific situation.
That's exactly why Pursuit exists. Most PT fails because it treats the symptom, not the root cause. We do a full-body assessment to find what's actually driving your pain and create a plan that's individualized to your body and goals.
Please wear athletic clothing and sneakers that allows you to move freely without any limitations. You will be moving so dress appropriately!
